Aged Care and Disability Services Coordinator - Angurugu

About the role

The Aged Care and Disability Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the service and providing professional culturally safe case management through referral, assessment and co-designed care planning for the frail aged and people living with disability in East Arnhem Land.
